YOUR GREATEST FEAR IS
Fear of Being Rejected
You may:
- over-give, over-explain, or over-perform
- replay conversations and worry you “said it wrong”
- perfect your work so you don’t disappoint
- struggle to rest unless you’ve “earned” it
At the core, it can sound like: “I’m not enough… unless I do more.”
You may:

This pattern is protective. Somewhere along the way, you learned that belonging was conditional and love, safety, or connection could be lost. So you became brilliant at staying close, staying useful, staying liked.
Your power became dependent on perception, approval, harmony. But managing others is exhausting and it keeps your worth outside of you.
Examples:
“Actually, I’d prefer…”
“That doesn’t work for me.”
“I need a bit more time.”
“I’m not up for that today.”
It won’t feel comfortable. Other people may object because they are not used to you speaking up for yourself. Take a deep breath and let yourself know it’s okay. It’s part of the journey.
You don’t need constant reassurance that you’re loved. Stop scouring other people’s moods and opinions and start valuing your own needs, abilities, dreams and desires.
