Substack
Every week, Homaira writes about her own experiences with power, and what it means to live in alignment with our deepest truth. Her posts will inspire you, enlighten you, and empower you. You will find some research because as intelligent women, you want to know the why. But mostly, you will relate, because our collective experience is the same; we still live in a world that tells us safety comes from approval, belonging requires self-abandonment, and worth must be earned through achievement.

Group Coaching
Our group coaching package is a seven-week journey of personal transformation toward an individual goal - career, relationship, wellbeing, or any other area of life. The journey does not change; what you bring to it does.
Group coaching is more effective than individual coaching because most of what holds a woman back is invisible to her until she sees it reflected in another woman. And most of what fuels her growth is inaccessible to her until she sees another woman becoming who is capable of being.
Group sizes are limited to twelve women. Each week Homaira walks you through the stages of her research-backed POWERFUL™ framework to unhook from limiting beliefs, connect to authentic power, and create a path to what is possible.
