Your greatest fear is

Fear of Being Regular

How It Shows Up

You feel most confident when you’re dominating.

You may:

  • do everything yourself because it’s “easier”
  • feel threatened when someone else shines
  • overwork to stay ahead

  • struggle to relax because it’s a “waste of time”

Underneath it can sound like: “If I’m not exceptional, I’ll be forgotten.”

Why it made sense

This is often a protection pattern against the pain of being overlooked, deprioritised, or made to feel small. So you learned: be on top, be impressive, be irreplaceable and you won’t get left behind.

Your power became dependent on outshining others. But it came with a price – loss of joy and deep connection – the very things you actually want.

here’s the truh

You don’t need to prove you’re worthy of love because it’s the essence of who you are.

Stop chasing goals that were never yours to begin with and start designing your life for connection, joy, and purpose.

A gentle opening to new power

Once a day, choose one small act that is not productive and do it anyway without justifying it.

Examples:

  • 10 minutes outside with no phone
  • leaving one non-urgent task undone overnight
  • asking for help with something small
  • listening to understand and without trying to help

Then say (even if you don’t believe it yet):

“My worth is not measured by my achievements.”  New power is letting connection be real not earned.
